DESCRIPTION:11a.m.-12:15p.m. In person only: Prayer and Meditation Session\nEach month\, TBLC holds a prayer and meditation session in the Main Temple. Recited in English\, these prayers have been translated from a Tibetan non-sectarian liturgy originally arranged for large assemblies of Tibetan monks and nuns when gathering in Bodh Gaya\, India\, the place of Buddha&acirc;&#128;&#153;s enlightenment.&Acirc;&nbsp;[Those who plan to attend the 2pm Dharma class are welcome to bring their lunch and eat in the TBLC School House.] \n2p.m.-3:30p.m. In person and Via Livestream: Dharma Class\nEminent scholar and longtime TBLC-associated Teacher Ven. Geshe Yeshe Thabkhe will give his commentary on Nagarjuna&acirc;&#128;&#153;s Precious Garland (Ratnavali). In this verse work addressed to a king\, Nagarjuna\, a renowned Indian Mahayana Buddhist Master and reputed founder of the Middle Way Philosophical School\, gives practical counsel on how to find happiness\, individually and as a society\, through such practices as ethics\, compassion\, and wisdom. Translation will be provided by TBLC Co-Director\, Joshua Cutler.
