O monks and learned ones, just as a goldsmith assesses gold by melting, cutting, and polishing, so too you must examine my words to accept them, not merely out of reverence for me.

Welcome to the Tibetan Buddhist Learning Center
TBLC is a place of peace dedicated to the study, practice, and preservation of the Buddha’s teachings. Through our educational programs, prayer and meditation sessions, and special events, we provide opportunities for all who are interested to engage in study and reflection on a wide range of Buddhist topics in order to bring benefit to their everyday lives. With our resident Tibetan Monastic Teachers, we aim to make Tibet’s rich Buddhist textual heritage accessible and to promote the cultural exchange at the heart of Buddhism as a living tradition.
